Hard to get a day off , low staffing at times but overall great company to work for. Depending on what department you work in, not too team oriented and poor management skills.Needs to clean up management and listen to employees. Managers need to walk the walk and not talk the talk. Staff members and employees don't always agree or feel like management is with them for the better.
