You start with 2 weeks but after working for the company 5+ years they increase. You also have about 6 personal days that you can use whenever. There are 8 official holidays plus one floating holiday that you can take whenever.
We are given vacation time and sick days but no paid leaves of absences at our property not sure if it varies within individual companies
Standard 2 weeks in the US.
After the first year you get 5 days of vacation. The second year you get 10 days. You don't receive any more time until after your 10 years
Never an issue forms are filled out aproved never had to discuss a check out of the 2 years I've been there. Payroll is on top there game.
