IHG grants paid time off and company designated holidays.
Very flexible but that was branch-specific
You get it after 1.5 years You work on some holidays and rest days without any additional pay
1 year - 1 week/ 2-7 years - 2 weeks/ 8-14 years - 3 weeks/ 15-20 years 4 weeks/ 21+ years - 5 weeks / 4 sick leave per year/ 6 PTOs per year
After a year everyone have right a paid vacations and additional a couple days free steady in one hotel of the group. Also the paid time off is a other good benefit we have.
PTO was allocated based on tenure. Doesn't make sense with modern IT.
The longer you've been with the company the more you earned. It was a GREAT benefit!

Not too many days given and difficult to request time off. This is likely manager dependant though and may not be a negative experience for all.
