    401k is on a 6 year vesting scale Health insurance is good PTO isnt great, 12 days, 5 can be carried, 5 can be paid out Contribute up to $12.15 daily lunch

    Everything is great in terms of cost for yourself and for your family. If you have a child as a father, you would have to save your days to take off. But they are pretty flexible.

    Excellent health insurance; entirely paid by employer, no co-pay, and large pool of providers to choose from. There is also a yearly perk of $100 for having a physical.
