Very Robust Package for the Working Employee. They want you to be THERE, so most of the "happiness" benefits such as lunch breaks, or bringing your pets to work, or getting company credits for commuting or day care do not apply here. The basic benefits such as health care, insurance, retirement plans and bonus are very good though. This company makes money and pays well expecting a good ROI from their employees.
