Only 19 vacation days for new hire. I heard complaints from colleagues about the health insurance plan, which I personally do no use.

Flexible work from home policy, good medical, dental, and vision benefits. Matching 401k contribution, and annual contribution up to a certain percentage.

Reasonably comprehensive medical, dental, vision, benefits, plus employer-paid life insurance. 401K match is decent, if not generous. Right when the employment market heats up, the company opts to scale back merit increases and the bonus pool, probably related to a potential sale or IPO of the company. After all, if the near-term financials look good, and senior management participates in the sale/IPO, why should they care if the resources that got the company to that condition are not provided for.

Best thing is up to 29 days of paid time off a year.
