The healthcare, vision, and dental are great. Lots of time off if you are actually able to take it due to workload.
Standard medical insurance, monthly costs are on the high side. Fairly generous PTO, Christmas week off. No 401K match for several years. Paid parental leave, 1-2 weeks only, depending on tenure. Paid maternity is about 4 weeks covered by Short term disability, then you have to use PTO days. No real annual bonus structure. Basic free breakfast daily, Friday happy hour in the afternoon and a nap pod is in the office. Company pays for cell phone up to $120/month.
Cell phone bill reimbursement is really helpful and the office closes between Christmas and New Years. Lack of 401K matching and minuscule education contribution is absurd.
The day you're hired is your Interbrand Day and you get it off every year. Overall, PTO is quite generous.
Decent health benefits and vacation time
401k, they'll cover your parking fees, cell phone bill (if you have AT&T as a carrier), Meal costs when on company trips, Employee benefit programs (corporate discounts on concert tickets, shopping, etc), AMAZING paid time off: 10 vacation days, 6 sick days, 3 personal days, and 1 Interbrand Day (the anniversary of your start date with the company) Medical, Dental & Vision plans offered (multiple plans offered)
No HSA for high deductible plans, high deductibles, limited 401k match, no bonuses, no raises
- 401k matching is tied to company performance, and therefore not paid out most years - Health insurance options are expensive and tend to include high deductibles - Maternity leave is stingy, and paternity leave does not exist
No real perks at all. Average health benefits.
Christmas season off — pretty nice perk!
