  • Job Training  (4 comments)

“Good job training and experience to use to take to some place else to use to get a better wage and benefits.”

  • Sick Days  (3 comments)

“Sick days are offered, some paid, but not enough if you have to be out for longer periods of time. ADP is hard to use sometimes.”

  • Paid Holidays  (3 comments)

“There aren't any paid holidays. On the first day, they make it known that you may need to work for Uber or lyft in order to make enough money...”

401K, Roth IRA, Health and Dental offered but no choice of insurance providers, only Kaiser for Health. Some paid holidays and vacation/sick days, but could use more especially Christmas and New Years's Eve. Tuition Reimbursement is offered. More reimbursement for Program Manager travel expenses to conferences would be nice.

It's hard to get full time

There is no benefits package. Even though they give you an offer letter, it's not a real offer until you get chosen after their "training process."

You get health insurance when you work 30 hours/week.

The best thing about the benefits package at Intercare Therapy is that there's always room to move up in the company. The more experience, the better the opportunities for raises, etc.

Unclear packages since the amount of hours you work is from 0-40 and I don't know if I will even be covered. I am unsure if I am even going to be an full-time part-time employee because the whole process is very misleading.

Some vacation and sick pay is offered at Part-time, as is a 401 k/roth and a small christmas bonus. No health or dental unless full or nearly full time though. Work phone. Tuition reimbursement/discount for aspiring bcba students.
