It's hard to get full time
There is no benefits package. Even though they give you an offer letter, it's not a real offer until you get chosen after their "training process."
You get health insurance when you work 30 hours/week.
The best thing about the benefits package at Intercare Therapy is that there's always room to move up in the company. The more experience, the better the opportunities for raises, etc.
Unclear packages since the amount of hours you work is from 0-40 and I don't know if I will even be covered. I am unsure if I am even going to be an full-time part-time employee because the whole process is very misleading.

More PTO than most ABA agencies, so easily to get time off approved, system is highly streamlined, so it will get approved within 24 hours. Provide dental, vision, and health insurance. HR is extremely easy to reach and very helpful in explaining your benefits. They have performance bonuses as well, which are easy to get!
There were none for part time staff, which were the behavior interventionists.
