just ok as it gets pricey to pay for your own medical when not employed
No Paternity leave at all... father/husband has to use his time off quota for such commitments
It has recently changed from 12 weeks to six weeks paid, which is disappointing.
recently revamped maternity and paternity have longer duration than before
6 weeks at 100% for birth. 6 weeks at 70% for adoption. 5 days paternity / non-primary caregiver leave.
In order to get maternity leave you have to jump through hoops in order for somebody to explain their policies.
