Very generous benefits although not very flexible when it is outside of standard benefits.
It is OK width the highest plan quite costly, and does not cover to 100% so count on your lady luck. Will be nice if they could find plan to cover in full so I will not have to worry so much.
401k Match is max out at 6% of salary.
Benefits are subject to change despite what your offer letter says. Annual pay raises doesnt even keep up with inflation
The company has good 401k match (5% match) and a decent health insurance plan.
Average vacation and sick days per year. Allowed to roll over a limited amount of unused vacation days, excellent use for banking days for longer planned trips.
Comprehensive benefits plan including supplemental life and disability insurance
The benefits package is one of the perks of working here. The salary for some positions (finance and entry level roles) may not pay competitively, however the benefits more than make up for that.
Pretty good 401k match - dollar for dollar up to 6%. Good health insurance, low cost, including high-deductible option which is free for employee (and not too expensive for family). Company contributes to HSA as well. Pretty good stock purchase plan and performance bonuses. Free lunch usually at least once a month and other social events.
Good benefits. Lame no work from home but again, if you're tight with the boss you do get that option.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
