15 days PTO for the first year
Not better than anywhere else. For such famous company is little... well, chip.
Roughly 2 weeks of vacation if you can get your managers to approve it. Sick days require you to use vacation time per management.
Average, nothing over the top, what you would expect in a unionized environment built for under-achievers
It would be nice if they would allow rollovers of the vacation days, since more often than not, the workload doesn't allow you to take the full amount each year.
Less than Market vacation and PTO
up to 4 week, unlimited sick
was better at former company prior to acquisition but time off is grandfathered in.
Very flexible and unlimited sick days
Vacation has to be scheduled well in advance and sometimes (more often) you will end up working or supporting work during vacation and time off If your child is sick and you need to attend to them, you end up using your vacation time as there is no flexible work allowed
