    It would be nice if they would allow rollovers of the vacation days, since more often than not, the workload doesn't allow you to take the full amount each year.

    Vacation has to be scheduled well in advance and sometimes (more often) you will end up working or supporting work during vacation and time off If your child is sick and you need to attend to them, you end up using your vacation time as there is no flexible work allowed
