Anyone under 30 hours Paid Time Off accrual is a joke. They have to work about 6 months I think we calculated just for a single day off. If you're full time its actually a pretty good rate.

Poor, based only on your time at Intermountain, not work experience in the same job, bumps for management and executive levels.

They only offer PTO. This is used for vacation, sick days, uncovered LOA etc. If you are part time you don't accrue anything. The only good PTO accrual happens when you are full time. You are only approved for your vacation if it is beneficial for your department.

Accumulates more rapidly with vestment. Good amount of PTO that can be used for missing hours or taking vacations. No automatic vacation time/hours.
