    Good luck getting time off. You have to request months in advance and even then your chances are slim.

    It can be challenging to get PTO approved during popular times of travel. Hospitals are open during holidays though, so not much getting around that in inpatient healthcare.

    Anyone under 30 hours Paid Time Off accrual is a joke. They have to work about 6 months I think we calculated just for a single day off. If you're full time its actually a pretty good rate.
