Great health insurance. Also provides dental and vision. Unique and offers Corporate Athlete Program, meaning the company assists in financial needs to live a healthy and active lifestyle. In addition, the company is an ESOP. So as an employee, you own a part of the company!
The medical, dental and vision benefits are pretty good. The only downside is the company does not offer short term disability. So if you need maternity leave or surgery you're on your own.
A decent vision and dental package was offered. The Medical package was not explain well and left me confused and there was no real follow up from the HR department.
IDR is a staffing firm that provides insurance.
Best thing is the opportunity to be a part of an ESOP (Employee Stock Owned Program). Most sales and staffing firms have bogus phantom stock plans but this equity is legit. You are awarded stock after a year and are fully vested after 3 years. Additionally, our health and medical benefits are solid and the company also has recently changed the Corporate Athlete program. Basically, depending on tenure the company will match or reimburse health and wellness activities (race, personal training, fitness equipment, yoga, whatever, etc.) up to $5000/ year!!!!
The best things about the benefits package is the company stock you receive for only coming into work and doing your job and the very generous PTO Plan! A 401K match would be a nice addition to the benefit plan but the company stock is a nice alternative.
They didn't take taxes out of your paycheck, which really hurts during tax season.
IDR really does take care of it's employees - company perks are endless! You are given shares of company stock (seriously), a personal trainer + gym membership, PTO & paid holidays, team outings & the very best training. You're also offered 401k, FSA & Day care. You can enroll in their comprehensive & affordable health, dental, vision, mental health, Life & disability insurance - up to 75% company paid.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
