Leave and sick days
Health benefits were actually pretty good
Excellent benefits for a non-profit NGO, especially vacation time.
IFES has great benefits. The longer you work at the organization, the more vacation you get. They used to cover a considerable amount of healthcare but still cover a good portion.
Match up to 6% on 401 K contribution. Health care is great and a portion of the expense was covered by IFES.
Benefits are good and competitive.
Good benefit package! Vacation, sick day, personal day, 401k, maternity leave recently added paternal leave. Unfortunately, not exciting tuition benefit especially these days when you need assistance for future development and tuition reimbursement.
75% employer paid, 6% 401k match
The regular health insurance is a pretty good deal, but the dental insurance has limited providers and the vision insurance does almost nothing. Vacation is pretty standard, and the 401k matching is respectable.
They have a competitive benefits package, with 3 personal days, 12 paid sick days, and 15 vacation days (vacation days increase based on years of employment). IFES also follows the government holiday schedule and open/closure days, which allows for additional time off. Match 6% of 401K payments, good health insurance package with Blue Cross. IFES also offers tuition reimbursement up to $3000/year.
