    From a design point of view (i.e., excluding the company match), IP has one of the best 401(k) plans in America. It's got top-notch investment options, a virtually unlimited brokerage window, greater flexibility than most 401(k) plans (rollover, loan, contribution and distribution options are very flexible), a state-of-the-art web site, and lots of other services to help you manage your money. The company match isn't bad either; for salaried employees, it's 70% on the first 4% of pay contributed, then 50% on the next 4%; for hourly employees, it varies but is generally 50% on 6% of pay contributed. That's in addition to an automatic company contribution of 3-6% of pay (depending on age) for employees no longer covered by IP's pension plan.

    Great health insurance medical dental and prescription, company matching 401k and a pension plan. There are no holidays off at IP you work all holidays but in turn are given 13 peaonal holidays to take when you like as long as your job can be covered

    Three weeks paid vacation after you have been in the company for one year. Company matches 401K, full health benefits (though somewhat expensive), and the company just added additional tuition assistance and tuition repayment options.

    Benefits rival a tech company! 3-weeks paid vacation minimum from day one for all Salaried employees across all of IP. Mgmt sometimes more. hourly gets 1 week after 90 days. plus flex time for hourly using a point system. Tuition reimbursement for all employees salary and hourly up to almost 6k a year. Student Loan Reimbursement salaried employees!!!!!! $100 per month for 90 months paid directly to your student loan providers. No need to pay back if you leave or fired. 8 percent 401k matched 8% or higher each year depending on age. up to 10%ish for 55 and older. 401k is only matched 70% for the first 4% and 50% for the last 4%. However, there are year-end lump sums that close the gap. Hourly gets 401k matched to 6% still quite good. Health insurance is excellent and very affordable. HSA with a debit card or the company pays the first so many hundred bucks for all your visits to hospital doc etc... single cost is about $180 which is a bit high however they offer a healthy life rewards program that will deduct $105 off each month for single making the insurance affordable. For families, the cost varies but so does the discount for healthy life. up to around 250 off per month. around $250 for two people and around $300ish for families. Health insurance, dental, RX, and even vision through a 3rd party added benefits program. Paid maternity leave. Adoptive services payments! Life insurance is 1.5x salary for free, can but extra. Same-sex benefits! Employee service center that helps employees with life crisis and special needs assistance. Employee Relief Fund. internal charity funded by the company and employees to help employees in natural disaster areas. many more benefits also.

    The medical is costly per month and has $2,900 deductible and only 3 days sick leave per year is the worst I've ever heard of. The 401k is standard.
