3 options for health insurance: United Health, Keizer or the automatic one. 401k is matched up to either 4 or 6%, 5 year vesting. 1 year with the company and you have 1 week paid vacation, 2 years- 2 weeks, 5 years- 3 weeks, etc.. 40 hours paid sick leave granted by the State of Oregon and are able to claim FMLA after one year of employment (should a situation arise).
Good amount of time off to start your career out of college. The company could match the 401K a little more. Healthcare is standard cigna but the company does pitch in on a reimbursement account,
The best thing is not having to worry about not being able to go to the doctor. Cigna isn't the best health insurance provider, but it covers all that I need it to. The retirement package is also very good, especially if you're smart about managing it.
