Great Benfits Package overall- very comprehensive.
3 weeks is pretty decent but only available from the second year. 5 days only for the first year. Maternity leave is pretty good from what I heard.
First year has no vacation. After one year you get one week, but it'll be off season since the senior employees take up all the summer slots.
You get 1 week of vacation upon hire .

You get a decent amount of vacation, but there is no designated number of sick time hours.
The vacation and paid time off consists of paid birthday off, a floating holiday that can be used whenever the employee wishes (pending approval), and after a year of employment a paid week of that must be taken all at once. You must work 8 years before you can take a single day off at a time, and even then it must be given 4 days in advance and approved by your supervisor.
You are only able to take full weeks at a time wish it was day by day but you get 4 weeks after 15 years.
Based on years of Service
You work every holiday unless your days off just happen to fall on that day but in turn are given 13 personal holidays a year to take as you wish as long as the day you want off your job can be covered. One week after first year of service two weeks after three years up to 6 weeks after 30 years of aervice. Overall not bad
