Very supportive of families of all kinds
401k and vacation good, insurance ok
Great benefits offered, especially retirement and vacations.
Health insurance is affordable for the individual employee, is expensive if you want to add any one though.
Solid benefits package and leadership is committed to keeping it that way. However, retirement plan contribution as % of salary is inherently regressive (i.e. folks with the biggest salaries benefit most). IPPFWHR allowed for part-time and remote work well before the pandemic. They also have a generous (for the U.S.) parental leave policy.
Good organization, great for young people lots of visa sponsoring, if you are planning or have kids this is a good fit
Best: Flexible time, health insurance, pension plan
Best thing: flexibility. Worst thing: policies may be unclear.
This is a full retirement package with various options and personalized service.
In my opinion it is a full package but at the same time limited by the overall coverage amounts.
