“The health insurance was good but now due to inflation in the country, the current insurance is not enough. IRC is only providing hospitalization coverage while OPD is covered through monthly cash paid with salary which is very minimum for a family.”
Very affordable health insurance along with dental and vision
Great matching, health insurance, days off (30 days off per year for vacation, 14 for sick leave). Could improve parental leave which is not competitive - you get 4 months depending on type of delivery for moms.
Aetna health insurance (three options), vision and dental, 403(b) Retirement Savings Plans (with employer match), 20 paid vacation days to start, 10 holidays and 10 sick days.
Generous amount of time off
Competitive benefits package compared to other NGO/private sector in NYC
They have competitive benefits for their employees.
IRC has a comprehensive Benefits package.
Options to fit your specific needs, access to free counseling service is amazing!
As a freelancer, there are no additional benefits, just the salary.
Great health insurance. Parental leave offerings could be much longer. You get only 3 months off and no prenatal leave.
