The company has a good benefit package in general, that includes Health/dental/Life/Disability insurance, 401K Plan though it is only 25% vested for the the first 4 years and 100% beginning from the 5th year.
The options to choose employer-sponsored health insurance is impressive, probably one of the best in the market. 401K match is horrible - many employees don't even get it. For those who get it, the matching amount is just average and not very good. The number of PTOs is horrible. There is literally no other benefits the company offers.
