Like your pay, you have ZERO benefits.

There's is nothing good they provide. They claim to provide PTO but I never saw anyone allowed to use it. Their "amazing base salary" is just minimum wage. Nothing special about that at all. Oh, you are also required to work Christmas Eve--remember, you're calling companies on the east coast and last I checked, a lot of VPs and C-Level executives are gone for the holidays. What a waste of time

The package is to over priced but at least they offer health and dental

    International Sports Management Response

As a former accounting assistant, you actually wouldn't have had any access to pricing information, so saying it was "to (sic) over priced" isn't only wrong, it was said having no knowledge of the... More

Fantastic events to attend. Structured day. Can leave your work at the office. Competitive workplace and atmosphere and 401k. Solid.

You do not receive access to many of the benefits until after 6 months. Paid week off for Christmas but that is only because you get paid monthly.

    International Sports Management Response

Actually full health care benefits (medical + dental) along with PTO are available at 90 days. In addition to a paid week off over Christmas, there are other holidays and vacation along with sick... More

So far the healthcare is awesome and I'm excited that I have the opportunity to say so since I could have been nailed for a huge out of pocket but didn't have to at all! $20 Co-Pay!! Much beetter than the govt. programs I've seen.

Benefits are not non-existent, but pretty awful. They do have some PTO, but they require you to request off one month in advance. They have several black-out days on which you are not allowed to request off too, usually for trivial reasons. They really do stick strictly to the "30 days in advance" rule and black-out days too when asked. You also don't have the option of receiving benefits until after six months of working there. They didn't send me an email that I was eligible to receive health insurance and a 401K from them until over one month after I was already eligible. You basically are expected to dress like it's a real job; perform like it's a real job; but not receive decent benefits like in a real job. The only noteworthy benefit is that they have a Keurig with great coffee there. It's the best coffee I've ever tasted in an office environment by far.

    International Sports Management Response

After 90 days, all employees are eligible for an excellent and comprehensive healthcare plan that is less than 1/3 of the national average for employee cost. Vacation and paid holidays are part of... More

You pay for Health, Life, Dental, etc... 401k is non-matching and has high fees. They (company pays nothing. What a shill. You want a Benefit? You pay for it. Total Cafateria Planning

    International Sports Management Response

The employer pays for part of the healthcare and the employee pays part as well, just like most companies. For a very comprehensive PPO plan with Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, the cost is less than 1/3 of... More
