Flex hours, must work 36 hours/week to maintain full-time benefits. Linkbuilder bonus system is a stack ranking with yearly layoffs. Health insurance costs to employees almost doubled this year. One week vacation for employees < 3 years, very low sick time. No paid maternity/paternity.
Employee gets cheapest insurance package for free. 401K contributions.
Had decent 401k after being vetted, as well as decent health insurance, as well as the offering of life insurance and supplemental insurance. Company offers similar packages to other local businesses as far as I can tell. Also, free ice cream! And cake for birthdays ;-)
