The best part about the benefits at IPG was the PTO allowance. You are given 18 days not including holidays for your first 2 years. At the start of your 3rd year, you are given 23 PTO days.

The best thing about the benefits package at Interpublic Group is the paid time off. Starting out, you get about three weeks PTO and the longer you work with the company, the more paid days off you gain.
From what I can tell the benefits are excellent. There are many different packages to choose from. I think they use United Health Care and MetLife for dental.
