Benefits available to any body working over 30 hrs per week after 90 days. Medical dental vision short/long term disability supplemental life all very affordable
Health insurance is pretty basic 25 dollar copay, 1,500 deductable. 2$ generic meds. After a year you get paid vacation days and sick days. You do get a pretty nice discount on other Marriott hotels.
