I feel there are many options for benefits. I was satisfied with what was offered to me as an employee.
I felt like you should get more sick time
Benefits available to any body working over 30 hrs per week after 90 days. Medical dental vision short/long term disability supplemental life all very affordable
Health insurance is pretty basic 25 dollar copay, 1,500 deductable. 2$ generic meds. After a year you get paid vacation days and sick days. You do get a pretty nice discount on other Marriott hotels.
good health, dental and vision insurance. hotel discounts
Overall package is satisfactory for other Hotel companies.
Only beneficial for full time employees and there are lots of loopholes
Benefits must be used while employed because company does not pay out your accrued vacation time when employment ends. Pretty sure this is illegal.
Have to wait a year for paid time off and 401K.
Benefits start within your first 90 days of employment. Health and vision packages through United Heathcare. Vacation and sick time after a year, accrual based on hours worked. I don't like the fact that you only get time off in bulk once a year, but all in all it's a great benefits package.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
