I love it over all
Offers PPO, HMO and Kaiser. They have increased deductible over the past couple of years though which is disappointing.
401k, vacation, sick leave, paid time off, hotel discounts
the people are helpful and always willing to explain things to you, without judgement.
Company cover a good amount of premiums, keeping it minimal for employees
Company doesn't want to put money into the property, also doesn't give annual reviews or pay increases.. also impossible to get employee rate discounts at other properties
I feel there are many options for benefits. I was satisfied with what was offered to me as an employee.
I felt like you should get more sick time
Benefits available to any body working over 30 hrs per week after 90 days. Medical dental vision short/long term disability supplemental life all very affordable
Health insurance is pretty basic 25 dollar copay, 1,500 deductable. 2$ generic meds. After a year you get paid vacation days and sick days. You do get a pretty nice discount on other Marriott hotels.
