Benefit package is better than most.
The benefits were great for full time employees. Medical and Dental kicked in after completing 30 days.
Good 401k, insurance and PTO, terrible maternity leave.
Intertek has a decent benefits package
Great PTO- 4 weeks to start. Good medical, dental and vision.
Paid time off is great, health insurance, dental insurance and vision, plus additional life insurance available.
20 days of PTO and 2 floating holidays annually. The PTO cannot save up for next year.
Great Health benefits and paid vacation
Intertek recently switched to a Defensive Coordinator for Health Insurance and will not insure your spouse if they have what is considered "comprehensive" health care available where they work. Comprehensive is defined as being able to go to a doctor as many times as you like in a year after paying the required co-pay amount. However, the decision whether or not your spouse can stay on your insurance plan is up to the health care defensive coordinator. Eventually, I wouldn't be surprised if they just gave a stipend and told us to go buy our own health care insurance.
