The Health Insurance has a high coverage. No tuition reimbursement available even though its displayed as a possibility but it will never get approved.
Intertek offers a great health insurance plan, and a generous PTO plan. It is disappointing that Intertek does not allow PTO roll over or pay for unused PTO.
Vacation time varies depending on how long you've worked for the company, but is good overall. Health insurance is great and inexpensive.

The vacation time is nice. You get 4 weeks to start and 5 weeks after you have been with the company for 5 years.
The medical, dental and optical insurance was great. Intertek also provides 4 weeks of vacation from the beginning but this also includes sick time. The 401K plan is average. They match .50 for each dollar up to 6%. There are 7 paid holidays.
Overall benefits are good and have leisure to work from home anytime.
Nothing the benefits is the only thing that is good about the company. There are more areas that need to be overhauled.
