The benefits package at Intertrust is top notch. Platinum PPO health insurance, great work/life balance, and a flexible savings account. However, the company does not have a matching 401K. The lunches aren't anything to brag about either. But the essentials are there (time off, work/life balance and platinum level health care options).
15 day PTO no 401K Match no Stock Options no Bonuses Your base salary is your total compensation so negotiate hard Gym looks like it's from a third-world country Free catered lunch every Wednesday and Friday, but is usually gone in 30minutes Free snacks but is usually gone by Monday morning and they only stock up once a week
