never heard anyone say anything good about this. A lot of new moms say they only got 2 weeks; none of this is paid and the wages are so low they can't afford to take off more than that anyway.

I know maternity is covered the same as any other medical disability and the pay is never 100% of your normal pay. I do not know about paternity leave.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Scheduling Specialist in Newnan, Georgia

I have not used this benefit, but I know that we offer Maternity only.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Software Analyst in Omaha, Nebraska

No paternity leave offered. Maternity leave is not enough and PTO must be used to supplement it.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Global Account Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Minimum amount legally required, have to use all your PTO first, seen very begrudging about maternity.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Program Manager in Omaha, Nebraska

You had one chance to sign up for it

  • Sep 21, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Longmont, Colorado

The leave is per FMLA guidelines.

If your spouse works here you have to split the FMLA benefit or only one can use it. Not cool!
