At Intuit, we are committed to attracting, engaging and retaining the right talent for our customers. Our Total Rewards portfolio includes compensation and recognition programs designed to reward performance, as well as a wide array of benefits and services for you and your family.
The benefits at Intuit are unbelievable (in a positive way). The only thing I don't love is that the tuition reimbursement is done after the fact - which is fine for school, but if there are certifications or classes directly and immediately beneficial to the company, previous companies paid those up front.
Best medical benefit there is
up to $10k match on 401k. generous paid time off to take care of family. worst thing is vacation time- only 15 days to start and no negotiation allowed on this.
The benefits are also given to contractors but at a certain monthly fees and is not free . some are expensive like the shuttles for transport cost 150$ per month
No PTO, extremely minimal health insurance, no paid holidays for the first 6 months, bare legal minimum for sick leave. You are not eligible for sick leave or health insurance for first couple of of months.
-401k match at 125% up to $10k -subsidized food -robots on the Mountainview campus that will deliver you food. -access to Crossover health care which is a top notch primary care facility -the most generous holiday calendar (veterans, Columbus, your birthday) -$1k wellness reimbursement -mountainview they have a truck that will fill your car with gas (you pay for the gas but it is discounted) -mobile phone for business personal use - work from home flexibility -free healthy snacks (Rx bars, cliff bars, fruit) -on site fitness center (free for employees) Only thing lacking is vacation days. Not negotiable and 3 weeks starting out is weak for those with tenured experience.
Low deductible plans. Onsite health centers. Subsidized meals (as low as $3). $1k a year to spend on physical, mental or emotional wellbeing. 401k matching. Employee Stock Purch Plan (15% disc). Excellent commuter benefits. Birthday off. Discounts. Extremely generous parental time off.
Best is the ESPP, $1000 a year towards wellness, and the 6% 401K match. Additionally, not a benefit but outstanding performers can get a large amount of RSUs in any function. Vacation could be better.
Top notch benefits! Very affordable for coverage!
Great benefits and Work/life balance!
