Great medical, dental, and vision plans that include discounts such as participating in yearly health checkups and being a non smoker. They offer 401K matching. Vacation hours increase every several years being an employee.
Good medical/vision plans. Work remote and/or from home is selective.
Benefits are quite amazing actually. Maybe the only thing that could be better is less employee contribution for insurance, but it's quite fair and for the coverage provided.

Benefits are completely focused on the young and their minimal needs. Not much useful over health, vision, dental for older employees. Vacation is meh even for “early careers” and doesn’t get much better over time. Working from home is no longer an option, unless you are good buddies of your manager ( who must approve ). Otherwise, attendance on campus is mandatory.
A new $1000 allowance towards Health and well being is a great incentive.
