The plans are great! I have never had issues with claims being paid. Very satisfied.

The company is big and complicated, as a junior level you feel you are just a small easy-to-replace role.

Lots of perks including a wellness package and good medical benefits. Paid time off is generous and there is flexible work from home schedule.

Very competitive with ESPP - still behind Google, facebook etc. on free food and commuter

Lots of overtime offered every season. As a Tax Expert you could easily work 40 hours OT if you want every week during 1st and 2nd peak. ESPP available but you have to qualify within the time period offered. Lots of reward incentives offered in forms of gift cards. Worst thing is fellow employees stealing back surveys. These count towards season end bonus. I think good efforts are made to report this, but that's a pretty low person that does this I think.
