401k matching is maximum of $1500
The incentive really comes from the stock- not 401k. Which I prefer.

Decent match given RSUs, ESPP, Bonus. Some people will just grumble, don't realize they have a fantastic job helping people. It is the nature of greedy and lazy grumblers.
Could offer a bit more match than $1500. However, it is 100% match. The intention of having $1500 match cap is that this plan doesn't just benefit the higher paying employees (who tend to put more in 401K).
