In 2014, our health plan and our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) both ranked #1 in employer-provided value according to the Towers Watson High Tech BENVAL ® Survey of Employee Benefits – ahead of 17 selected companies renowned for their benefits, including Google, Facebook, Roche/Genentech, and Johnson & Johnson.
While the specifics of our offerings differ by country, our offerings are competitive, comprehensive and inclusive:
Paternity and maternity leaves are great. Six weeks fully paid, no need to use SDI.
Benefits focus on employee ownership - including ESPP program, RSU, and Stock Options. Company provides employee opportunity to choose between RSU and Options.
Especially great health insurance plan
Strong healthcare coverage and options Outstanding ESPP / options / RSUs Ever-improving soft benefits (car wash service / gas delivery / etc.) Laughable 401k match, but I'd rather have the RSUs and better healthcare premiums
Excellent coverage and options on medical/dental. Best in industry employee stock purchase plan as well as equity package.
401k matching are very low
Best- STOCK! and the health insurance is exceptional
401(k) matching is pretty limited, but the ESPP program is outstanding (and honestly probably worth quite a bit more than a traditional 401(k) program). Medical/Dental/Vision plans are excellent and reasonably priced. PTO is pretty good too (3 weeks to start) and increases each year at the company.
Great health insurance, other perks include discounts on anything from movie tickets to gym to at work lunches. Pretty miserable 401k.
Work-Live Balance can be obtained and sustained. Remote Office location in San Francisco is a class set up.
