    Strong healthcare coverage and options Outstanding ESPP / options / RSUs Ever-improving soft benefits (car wash service / gas delivery / etc.) Laughable 401k match, but I'd rather have the RSUs and better healthcare premiums

    401(k) matching is pretty limited, but the ESPP program is outstanding (and honestly probably worth quite a bit more than a traditional 401(k) program). Medical/Dental/Vision plans are excellent and reasonably priced. PTO is pretty good too (3 weeks to start) and increases each year at the company.
