    Average like most firms. Unfortunately, they are very strict in tracking time off. Other firms have added more time or using RPO. Invesco is behind the times in WLB.

    Useless because they don’t allow you to take it. You can only use your sick time by calling off which is 7 days. But you’re supposed to have 15 days vacation and 2 personal days.
