You get three weeks of vacation after five years.
The company really doesn't offer much in the way of benefits. They give 2 weeks of PTO to start and its goes to 3 weeks after 5 years. They also give sick time as well, and anything over 40 hours after a year is paid back to you. There is no matching 401k, but there is a 401k plan. The health plan is pretty standard, with several offerings a different price points. They do some fun stuff around the office and company.
When I had my baby, he was not covered on my insurance. He had some problems. If I had known, we could have had him on my husbands insurance.
PPO plan with high deductible.
High Deductible is expensive; no good things to report.
Medical plan was degraded. Higher deductibles. Higher premiums. No matchint 401k
Health insurance has high deductibles and no 401k match. They do give HSA cards. Given about 2 weeks a year for vacation.
There is no 401(k) matching or anything. The health care plan is pretty standard. You can pick between HMO or PPO. You get three weeks vacation after five years of service and four weeks after 10 years.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
