“You pay for your benefits. When you don't make much as it is, the least they can do is offer you adequate benefits. Mediocre.”
The benefits and flexibility are the best.
There are many options available.
IWCC has great benefits. The 2 weeks off during the holiday is a great perk
It’s decent. You’re forced to contribute to a hybrid ira pension that only exists for the college.
The benefit package is really good. Insurance premiums were inexpensive compared to other companies. The two weeks off over the holiday was a definite perk.
Benefit package is very good. Premiums for family coverage was very reasonable. If you had the HDHP plan you received an very significant contribution into an HSA account. Only downfall is the pay is really low.
Overall good packages available. Low pay generally. Overload used to ease that, but faculty are no longer guaranteed this.
The highlight of the organization. Not bad for a train wreck.
The Administration should be ashamed of themselves.
The health insurance premiums for family coverage are very competitive. College contributes 2500 to HSA if you go with HDHP.
