Best part of Ipreo's benefits would probably be the generous (in this industry anyway) PTO. 4 weeks to start, 5 after 5 years.
Fair benefits package, but very limited choices for healthcare options. They do provide dental and eye care and lice insurance
401k is decent. PTO is great 20 days to start with.
The best thing about the benefits package is the vacation days. The worst part is the 401k match, which is low compared to the market average
time off and 401k plan
Good standard big company benefits .
16 weeks paid primary caregiver leave + optional extra 4 weeks without pay.
401k matching could be better. Increase match, or decrease vesting period.
The price you pay out of pocket is a high compared to other companies. Note there are some programs with perks for example there was a wellness fair which was nice. The reason for the lower rating is because I came from a company where the healthcare was virtually free before Ipreo.
Worst is that sick days are included in PTO. Some managers are flexible, but I don't like worrying about using up my vacation days if I get sick. Overall benefits are about average.
