    401k matching could be better. Increase match, or decrease vesting period.

    The price you pay out of pocket is a high compared to other companies. Note there are some programs with perks for example there was a wellness fair which was nice. The reason for the lower rating is because I came from a company where the healthcare was virtually free before Ipreo.

    Worst is that sick days are included in PTO. Some managers are flexible, but I don't like worrying about using up my vacation days if I get sick. Overall benefits are about average.

    Good overall benefits package with standard benefit items - health care, dental, 401k, paid time off, etc. Also nice employee discount programs for all sorts of items.

    You get 3 weeks but then because of releases and customer support you can never take vacation. Health insurance keeps getting more expensive. 401k matching is below average. Work hours are insane and we haven't had a bonus in over 3 years.

    A lot of benefits are there but mostly paid by the employee. 401K is capped at 2K per year. Medical is more than 6K per year with 3K deductible.
