Great benefits selection effective day 1, 401k, stock program, paid vacation, ...
When I was employed there, theyou offered 3 different types of benefit packages to select from according to what you wanted to pat and how much coverage you thought you might need. Additionally, there are many discounts available to take advantage of, i.e., cell phones, servicemaster, ford, etc.
Iron Mountain's benefits package is very competitive with other similar companies. In recent years, the leadership development opportunities for those not identified as hi-pos have gotten significantly thinner. But one thing that sets Iron Mountain apart IMHO is its commitment to the health and safety of all employees.
Great insurance benefits, 401K, and work/life balance. The work from home schedule was very flexible considering commuters must deal with Atlanta traffic.
Health insurance begins on day 1; 3 weeks of vacation, 6 sick/personal days, and 3 floating holidays a year; work from home as needed, $80 towards commuting with the option of a FSA for the rest of your commuting expenses
PTO is great. Commuter benefits are great. Good 401k options. Work from home flexibility is also great.
Health insurance offered through either Aetna or Kaiser, Delta Dental, 401k. 10 holidays per year, including 3 floating holidays. Sick and vacation time off accrue regularly.
Nothing really stands out about the benefits package. Vacation is average, 401k match is average, healthcare is probably below average to be honest.
Very strong package. Works well for myself and my family.
Offered a competitive benefits package
