The company’s contribution is generous, especially if you are single. But, the way the drug benefit works seems a little chincy. They almost never pay what you would have expected from a normal insurance company. They have a sub-par mail order outfit manage the program. Their motivations are not the same as an insurance company, so, it’s a complicated and involved process. It’s impossible to get a new prescription filled without referencing your plan on a computer. Lengthy phone calls back and forth to the pharmacy, your doctors and the mail order company are the norm.
Deductible is crazy high...
