As a college student, time off is probably the most important benefit to me. Time off is first come first serve, but management is very willing to work with you and give you the days off you request.
Health insurance packages are costly enough, but if you're a smoker then you have to pay an additional $30 bi-weekly. You don't earn much PTO, and there's no additional sick days, or holiday day's off, or even holiday pay.
Health insurance is cheap with decent coverage. Dental is very reasonably priced, also with good coverage.
Insurance does not cover everything. Costs are manageable and priced accordingly for the # of employees. Good dental and vision coverage. PTO is considered the same as sick days. Getting PTO approved can be difficult depending on the department you work in. Open on all Holidays, however, you are paid Time & a Half but it depends on the schedule. If you take a PTO day during the pay period of a Holiday, you will NOT receive time and a half.
Affordable considering the medical insurance issues we are facing in these times
We are fortunate to work for a company that allows us the opportunity to utilize a free clinic to ourselves and our legal dependents.
This place laid me off one day before signing up for medical benefits. Laid another person off just as she received them. Not a good place to work. Lies lies and more lies. Goes by seniority. HR screwed up first round then next time to sign up for benefits, i ended up getting laid off. Way to go Eldorado Resorts/Isles Casino.
Health insurance coverage is very good for Team Members based on today's market.
it wasn't great. I mean, it was a pretty standard package.

List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
