“Med insurance is 1000 a month to the employee. ”
“3%, again not great could be better”
“Not great, very basic plan”
basic and not that great
High prices on med insurance
PTO is pretty decent and they can be very flexible for life challenges and appointments that come up, which I really appreciate.
Benefits are middle of the pack - probably better than a lot of jobs, but don’t compete with many other Fortune 500’s or tech companies. They don’t offer maternity or paternity leave. New moms can take short-term disability as legally entitled. Dads, or moms who adopt, are out of luck. Until recently, JB didn’t offer most employees vacation until they had worked a full year. Offer a 401k match and decent health insurance.
Not great, heath insurance package is pretty basis. Gym on site is a nice perk though.
401k and benefits available.
The benefits are great. I like them
Benefit package thru Cigna was less than desirable. High deductibles, high premiums and employer contributions were lower than previous employers I've worked for.
Time off is relatively easy to accumulate. Bonus is advertised but mysterious. No one on my team understood how the bonus worked. No medical insurance was offered. Retirement contribution was offered.
Lots of options for coverage. Health insurance plans are high.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
