Work itself is easy but compensation is low.
Benefits are so-so, could use more variety in health insurance plan options as far as pricing is concerned. They do not offer an allotment of sick time separate from vacation time instead they are combined into one. PTO starts at about 2 1/2 weeks for new employees and increases over time. Time off is not given all at once, rather, it is accrued over the year and the system/math used to calculate your accrual is a bit confusing.
The JC Penney has decent in-store discount.
