“They offer a generous baseline discount for both madewell and JC, and often run additional associates-only sales that can be added on top of the employee discount.”
They provide comprehensive benefits and multiple options in terms of investment options, insurance choices, and work style. They also have interest groups for employees to join, training and leadership talks for those interested, and offer volunteering and charitible donation benefits. My favorite benefit is the discounts they provide at select fitness partners in NYC--i.e. discounted classpass, equinox, Crunch, etc. My one complaint was that it was difficult to fully understand the insurance options, and best fit for me, but that could have just been me)

Generous starting PTO policy and increases after 5 years at the company. No where else has come close to matching.
J Crew has a wonderful benefit package with minimal premiums and out of pocket expenses.
