We have top of the line health/ vision/ dental insurance, 5 weeks a year plus 2 floating holidays paid time of, not including the paid company holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, Fourth Of July, etc. Also an excellent 401k with company match. The company also has an employee assistance program that can help with many issues such as living wills, financial planning, etc. There is also a phone number you can call 24/7 if you need to talk to someone, and they will even cover up to 6 counseling sessions if you need them. There are many avenues open for help and Human Resources is always happy to help you find the one best suited to your needs. We also have a generous discount on Jcrew merchandise.

Other than a 401k option, no benefits are provided. There are no available health, vision, or dental plans. Accrual of sick/paid time off is possible. In terms of employee discounts, there are several benefits - 30% off of purchases, 50% off of sale times, 60% off of select items, and 5 items a month for 50% off.
Aetna Choice POS II The health care coverage is just okay, it's hard to find a good doctor in-network, and the costs go up every year. The best benefit is the PTO, number of days per year is 22.
