Time off and holidays are good for a first job. New leadership implementing more programs to make work life balance better!
Good solid coverage, employee cost was substantial
Affordable health insurance. They separate time off into sick/personal/vacation - would be better if it all fell into one category so managers didn't have to manage why associates need time off.
The best? Outstanding Health Benefits at a very reasonable price. The worst? Antiquated hiring and negotiation process and no flexible schedule.
Pretty basic. Nothing crazy good or bad
Tried to take reduced schedule hours for a family medical situation, but there was no support from upper management therefore putting additional strain on the team. Very disappointing that there is a total lack of compassion and concern for employees if it means that a DM would need to support the field in any way.
J. Jill offers very good benefits
Very competitive benefits package offered at J. Jill.
Not much to say here since I was considered temporary. Therefore, I did not qualify for many of the benefits J.Jill had to offer.
Benefits costs were increasing and the company wasn't covering as much.
