    up to a 5% match

Decent assortment of plans, though could use more low cost options. Annual 5% match (salary and IC) is technically discretionary but has been paid without fail for years.

The company has a 5% match

I put in, they matched, what else could you ask for? I think they went as far as 5%, not sure.

Worst - given JPM is itself a retirement plan provider, the experience for employees trying to understand investment options and do research to determine which funds to choose and what % to allocate is very poor.

401 plan is pretty good , very similira to most companies

401(k) plan has changed providers multiple times but is overall OK. There is a three year waiting period for the matching contributions to be vested.
