Heath insurance is similar to other banks, in general pretty expensive now a days. I hope it could be little less.
Medical insurance plan is not inexpensive (personal and family deductibles are fairly high), but the coverage is very comprehensive. Despite the cost, I am very satisfied with the quality of the insurance and the selection of doctors and medical institutions that participate in the plan.
The deductible and co-insurance are very low and you can earn a significant amount of employer-paid MRA money to help reduce it even more. I had $80,000+ in medical expenses last year, and only paid $1,750 myself. There are multiple options for insurance and you can select the one the best fits your family.
When I started it was great, but now they went to a different system that is not as good.
