they offer it but paternity leave should be longer

Primary caregiver (male or female) will receive 16 weeks PTO if they've been employed with Chase for 12 months, the secondary caregiver will receive 2 weeks PTO

Never got a chance to take advantage of this leave but I am sure that it is good

3 months paid maternity leave

ok after 1 year you get a 1wk Paternity

4 months, they just extended the term this year

Paid leave for up to six weeks of maternity or paternity leave in addition to federal leave acts. A great benefit for new families.

Nothing revolutionary here. They give you a little time off.

Worst they gave me 6weeks maternity leave and called me on second week stating my manger did not submit proper documentation so I need to go back to work the next day. Very unprofessional also some individuals got 6weeks and others got 12 weeks which was very unfair I had a colleague in same department same position and same time in company get 12 weeks and I only got 6 weeks that turned into 2 weeks. Worst experience no time for recovery or baby bonding. They do not care for mother or fathers and children just want to work you asap
