Best I ever seen for a big company. I took 3 weeks as a new dad, and my manager said I could take the full 12 weeks if I wanted to. The catch is you get up to 12 weeks, but you use your PTO to get paid, so if you have limited PTO, the majority of your time off will be unpaid.
