It’s no pension plan. However, you do get some money out into a cash savings plan that vests after 5 years of service. 3% every year at the beginning and goes up after 20 years or so. You get interest credits of 4% per month.
who still has a pension??? JPMorgan, that's who!
401k Match is about the same as other companies. Bonus is nice for someone staying long time.
Being a bank you have good fund options to choose from and customize your own plan. Chase still offers a pension plan so big plus.
Great retirement plan that offered employer matching.
They match up to 5%, which is a decent amount. Not sure if that's changed since.
It's fairly standard for the industry, I think.
Solid retirement plan for future planning
Better than average 401 (k) plan
They could do better in offering more schemes to save for retirement
