Excellent retirement plan. You receive a 401K, and also receive a pension that's vested after 3 years of service.

It’s no pension plan. However, you do get some money out into a cash savings plan that vests after 5 years of service. 3% every year at the beginning and goes up after 20 years or so. You get interest credits of 4% per month.

401k Match is about the same as other companies. Bonus is nice for someone staying long time.

Being a bank you have good fund options to choose from and customize your own plan. Chase still offers a pension plan so big plus.
