1. JP Morgan Chase & Co. offer tuition reimbursement up to approximately a $5000 cap for the year. 2. They only reimburse TUITION that you paid for out of your pocket. 3. For each semester of tuition reimbursement you receive, you will keep 50% if you remain with the company for 1 year, 100% if you remain with the company for 2 years following the last day of each individual reimbursed semester. 4. The application approval process is an absolute circus. For each semester of reimbursement, I have applied, replied, called, and followed-up between 6 and 12 times before finally being approved. 5. The list of acceptable undergraduate degrees for which JPMC pays tuition reimbursement is so broad that I can't imagine anyone being denied for their selected degree. The list of graduate degrees is much shorter and comes with much more regulation. 6. You have the option to use tuition assistance (prepayment per class and dependent on receiving B or higher) or reimbursement (per class and dependent on receiving B or higher)
Chase does offer tuition assistance and reimbursement but you must be going to school for a business or finance degree and you must also commit a certain amount of time to the company otherwise you have to pay it back.
certain positions- required by specified dept
2 Comment up its called tuition REIMBURSEMENT... meaning they give you money back for something that you had and expense for. Expense means you paid for it BTW.
Decent plan overall and provides a reasonable cost offset for undergraduate and graduate programs
JPM overall benefits are top notch pays almost 100%. Haven't used it yet. But JPM overall benefits are top notch
