It’s hard to compare between employers b/c there are so many variables. But ours seems to be above average for America. They do have a pension plan and started me off with 4 weeks of vacation.

Excellent Health Insurance, not too expensive and some options for what you choose. Dental and vision also cheap by the paycheck and for actual visits. Start off with 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days, 3 personal days - some departments have summer hours. 4 weeks paid vacation awarded after 5 years. Company stock plan if interested.

Salary is the best perk as they can afford to pay you anything you ask. 401(k) match is dollar for dollar up to 5% of your salary after 1 year of service (vested after 3).

Best thing about the benefits was the insurance coverage for durable medical supplies. That's all that needs to be said.
