Alternate work schedule means we have every other Friday off. We work 76 hours over a 2-week pay period.
The J. Paul Getty Trust has traditionally offered outstanding benefits including 90/80 schedule for most workers, time off, health, dental, vision, etc. in the past employees were offered a pension plan, that was changed to a defined retirement contribution of 6% of salary for each entire year you're employed. It was disappointing that the rule changed from 1,000 hours to a full year of employment. They also still will match 50% of the first 4%. In general the benefits are still great. What is worrisome is that they change every year which makes it harder to rely on for long term planning. But that's probably no different than any other company these days.
Best onsite gym. Worst cutbacks in benefits over last 8 years including recent freeze of pension plan. If benefits are cut back, shouldn't pay go up, to maintain a comparable package.
Match 403b plan. After 3 years you are vested. Good benefits package.
great time off (vacation, sick, personal), 401k through Vanguard with matching contributions, they pay for vision, gym on site
403B has matching component, good health insurance options, every other Friday off
very good benefits and all other
UCLA Health Insurance is the type of health coverage you get. Ive never been so I'm not sure what their service is like.
fantastic benefits package that matches no other.
Great medical, dental, vision. and an overall nice place to work.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
