Not all benefits are available to all employees. Senior staff get a lot more benefits than others.Health care has gone up a lot, year by year. Mental health coverage is a joke. The organization operates like a corporation rather than a non-profit. The goal seems to be to protect the funds in the Trust rather than to provide best service for visitors, library users, staff.
They match up to 4% of your contribution to the investment plan. Big deal! The Trust used to offer a pension plan before 2009.
