The Getty has very generous vacation, holidays, personal days and sick leave.
For exempt employees it's great.
Vacation is accrued based on time served and/or non-exempt vs exempt. Exempt workers accrue automatically at the highest rate (4wks). Non-exempt employees start with 2 wks vacation. Vacation accrual goes up incrementally for non-exempt employees at 6th year (3wks) and 11th year (4wks) mark. Sick time is accrued at up to 3 wks a year and unused sick time is banked in case of long term illness. There are up to 2 personal days a year besides vacation and sick time. And there are 11 days of holiday time which includes the winter break period between 12/25-1/1. They have really great time off benefits plus the majority of employees are on alternating off-Friday schedules. This makes Getty a great work-life balance sort of employer.
